WELCOME TO DAVENTRY WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

We believe weightlifting is a sport that goes beyond just teaching the technical aspects of the lifts. 
We encourage all our members to support and celebrate the success of others.
We want to build a community that is committed to being better and encourages others to improve their health and wellbeing.
Weightlifting should be accessible to everyone to allow them to be fitter, healthier and transform the way they see themselves in a fun and professional environment.

Our sessions are more than just doing the lifts and we make sure you have the following elements covered in every session;

MOBILITY to help you become strong and functional through your full range of movement
BIOMECHANICS to help you move to your full potential during every session and help you understand how to workaround any limitations or imbalances you may have.
MINDSET how you think determines the results you achieve.

Our coaches knowledge and attention to detail combined with their passion to have a successful club and satisfied members means you will always make progress and feel part of something special.

DWL CLUB

Join our weightlifting club and get access to all our coached sessions.

Every session is coached by a qualified British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach and will spend time with each of you to help you make progress.
Everyone can benefit from weightlifting!
From those who want to get improve their fitness, get strong or lose weight.
Sports athletes can benefit from weightlifting as it may help increase your strength, speed and power for your specific sport.
CrossFitters will benefit as weightlifting is a major element of CrossFit training.
Kids benefit from learning body awareness and co-ordination.
Over 50's, the under 50's, pretty much every body would benefit from lifting and moving in better ways.

WE AIM TO HELP KIDS FEEL LIKE SUPERHEROES!


Weightlifting is an awesome sport and we want our younger generation to get involved.


We offer classes for children aged 8-16 years.


They will learn a variety of movements in a safe and fun environment but, most importantly, they will learn to believe in themselves, have determination and resilience.

Basic - £125 Month for 8 sessions PLUS 24-7 gym access
Full - £175 Month for unlimited access
PAYG Youth £5 per session
PAYG Adults £15 per session
